8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (approx. 3–3.5 lbs)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels — this is the key to crispy texture.
In a large bowl, toss thighs with olive oil, then coat evenly with all spices.
Preheat Ninja Crispi to 380°F for 3 minutes.
Place 4 thighs in a single layer in the basket. Do not stack. Air fry at 380°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Repeat for the second batch of 4.
Internal temp should reach 165°F. Rest 3 minutes before storing. Meal Prep Notes
Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days .
Reheat in Ninja Crispi at 375°F for 5–8 minutes , shaking halfway.
Do not stack when reheating — lay flat for best texture.
