Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (approx. 3–3.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Instructions

  • Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels — this is the key to crispy texture.
  • In a large bowl, toss thighs with olive oil, then coat evenly with all spices.
  • Preheat Ninja Crispi to 380°F for 3 minutes.
  • Place 4 thighs in a single layer in the basket. Do not stack. Air fry at 380°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Repeat for the second batch of 4.
