Ingredients

  • 1 lb large frozen shrimp, thawed, peeled, deveined, tails off
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Instructions

  • Thaw shrimp overnight in fridge or under cold running water. Pat completely dry.
  • Toss with olive oil and all spices until evenly coated.
  • Spread in a single layer in the basket — do not pile.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes. Shake basket at the 5-minute mark.
  • Done when pink, curled, edges slightly crisp. Do not overcook — they toughen fast. Meal Prep Notes
  • Store up to 3 days . Shrimp lose texture faster than other proteins.
  • Reheat at 375°F for 4–5 minutes only . Overcooking on reheat is the main failure point.
  • Maximum 2x per week — gout.
  • Do not use pre-seasoned or breaded frozen shrimp.
